Town Center

The Town Center in the Villages of Melissa will include a new city hall and library, neighborhood retail, a farmer's market, music pavilion and parks. Calling upon the city's historical roots, the architecture will be similar to Parker Square in Southlake. The Town Center in the Villages of Melissa will be located just north of Hwy. 121 between Hwy 75 (Central Expressway) and State Hwy 5. Construction began on the new municipal area in early 2007 and is expected to be completed in 2009.
